How to work with the self-congratulatory, megalomaniac governments?

This is a megalomanic's Govt . It is more narcissistic in its approach, It doesn't think that our country needs to do anything TO ACHIEVE the greatness. It wants to do things TO PROVE that the greatness is already here. 

 That's the way one can work with these people. Don't tell them targets which may look as if they are striving for improvement . Tell them targets which may help them prove to the rest of the Indians, their rivals and the whole world the greatness is already with them .
